- Issue – Blank screen after quickstart installation DS Banner Slider GD library incompatibility[FIXED]To fix this issue, you will need to change a line of script. Instruction below. This is cause by different version of GD library, some host do ‘JPEG Support’ and other may support ‘JPG Support’ Solution Open this file root/modules/mod_ds_bannerslider/helpers/image.class.php and go to line 221 Original if( !$gd_info[‘JPEG Support’] ) Changed to if( !$gd_info[‘JPG Support’] )
